Pick Your Date & Let’s Party!
Private workshops are available seven days a week, based on studio availability.
A $100 deposit is required to reserve your date and will be applied toward your final event total. Your reservation includes exclusive use of the studio, so your group can relax, create, celebrate, and enjoy the entire space together! 🎨🎉
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within seven days of your scheduled event will result in the forfeiture of the $100 deposit.

Most adult projects range from $25–$75, while children’s projects typically range from $25–$35. Contact us for pricing on specific projects.
Your experience includes all materials, tools, and step-by-step instruction—just bring your creativity!
Once your date is booked, you’ll receive access to our complete Project Portfolio, featuring a wide variety of fun, customizable options for your group.

Every project is fully customizable! Guests can choose their favorite paint colors, stains, and finishing touches to create a one-of-a-kind piece that is uniquely theirs.

Make your celebration uniquely yours! Bring along your favorite snacks, appetizers, desserts, and drinks to enjoy while you create. We also have a small refrigerator available to keep your treats and beverages chilled.
Your group will enjoy up to three hours of exclusive studio time to eat, sip, laugh, create, celebrate, and make memories that last long after the paint dries! 🎨✨
A Few Things to Know
Because each project is custom-made and prepared especially for your guests, everyone must register at least three days before the event.
Registration closes three days before your party, giving us plenty of time to personalize and prepare every project for a fun, stress-free creative experience!

- Choose your project and design options from the drop down menu.
- If applicable include any relevant personal information needed to complete your stencil such as name or date.
- Confirm and Agree to our policies and terms.
- Add to Cart and checkout.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice.
Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items.
Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.
Guest Policy
Guest Policy
Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, unregistered
guests are not permitted to attend any workshop, whether it is a public
workshop or private party. Bringing an unregistered guest will result in the guest being asked to leave as this interferes with the attention and experience of our registered makers. Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to
approval.
